Shipping policy

All of our journals are handcrafted and made to order. Because each piece is carefully created by hand, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before your order is shipped.

Processing Time
Orders typically take 1–2 weeks to be completed and prepared for shipment. We take great care to ensure each journal is crafted and inspected for quality before it leaves our studio.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and your location.

Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
